These terms govern all use of the 9inference service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase, balance top-up, or use of the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a package, topping up your balance, or using the 9inference service in any form, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety. Purchasing and using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms without exception. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds of remaining balance are only granted under the following conditions:

Refunds only apply if the admin officially declares the method totally dead, meaning the method is permanently unusable.
The remaining balance will be refunded minus an 8% admin fee deducted from the remaining balance.
Refund funds will be sent to your DANA, GoPay, or bank account.

Outside of the method being declared totally dead by the admin, all payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Model Pricing Changes

The price of each model may change at any time without explicit notice to users.

The applicable rate is the rate listed on the 9inference system at the time your request is processed. You are responsible for checking the latest pricing periodically.

4. Refund Requirement: WhatsApp Number

Refunds can only be processed if there is a WhatsApp number associated with your account or transaction.

If there is no associated WhatsApp number, funds will not be refunded.

Make sure your WhatsApp number is listed correctly before making a purchase.
